Luke Wendlandt

Vice President of Operations

Luke has an MBA in Marketing, MA in Organizational Development, and has been accepted as a Doctorate student at the University of St. Thomas in Organizational Development.  He hopes to begin that program as soon as possible. Prior to joining in partnership to open Northstar Behavioral Health, he served in the Chemical Dependency field with the largest non-profit treatment center in the world.

Why did you choose Northstar Behavioral Health?

For me, it comes down to two things, our clients and our staff. I am driven to provide the best working environment possible for our staff, both in terms of their own personal and professional development. I am also passionate about working with our clients. I want to give each person who walks through our door the best possible chance of success in battling their chronic disease. I am fortunate, honored, privileged, and blessed to work with NBH patients every day. As much as NBH is changing their lives, they are changing mine. This opportunity has been a blessing on so many levels.
