Q: How do I get into treatment?

A: The process of getting into treatment can seem a little daunting, but we're here to help. Depending on what kind of insurance you have, will determine what process you need to go through. Follow the steps below to be shown how to get started. Q: Do you have MA, MinnesotaCare, or no health insurance?

A: If you are seeking county funded treatment, no problem. We navigate that and work with counties all the time, you'll need to get started with a Rule 25 assessment through your county. Call your county Health and Human Services Department to schedule this and always feel free to give us a call if you have questions. Get more information about Rule 25 Assessments here.

Q: Do you have private insurance? 

A: If you have private insurance, check out our list of insurance providers that we accept. Call the phone number on the back of your insurance card to verify eligibility and benefits. If your insurance provider is not listed, call the number on the back of your card to verify out of network eligibility and/or exceptions. You will still need to get a referral or assessment done in order to receive treatment services, then give us a call. 

Q: Are you a self-pay client?

A: If you are not utilizing insurance or other funding, but intend to pay for treatment services out of your own pocket, you can do that too. Please still get an assessment done and faxed to us and we can review.
